I am not saying these are the same by any means. Quality goes a long way when it comes to furniture. But boy oh boy, what a difference in price! They both stand 26.5" high. WSH is 25" in diameter, Target's is 19.5". I think the style is gorgeous (and would look great paired with a lucite coffee table).
